In-store pickup
- Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of PURCHASE, not date the item is picked up
- In-store pickup items will be held for 15 days, and will be DONATED after the 15 day window if they are not picked up

- We do not ship on weekends
- Pre-orders are not allowed to be cancelled unless arrive later than the date stated
