Pickup + Shipping Policy

In-store pickup

Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of PURCHASE, not date the item is picked up
In-store pickup items will be held for 15 days, and will be DONATED after the 15 day window if they are not picked up

Shipping

We ship via USPS
All in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours
We do not ship on weekends
Pre-orders are not allowed to be cancelled unless arrive later than the date stated
Purchases over $250 receive free shipping
